Our Story
Potential View Property Management was born in 2010. Initially, what was to be a favor for a neighbor, turned into so much more. Sitting at a roundtable, the name Potential View came to life. Over the years, we have grown providing a multitude of services with the goal in mind of providing a service to every client by treating their property and belongings as if it were our own. And we still preach the mottoto provide the best service possible with customer satisfaction in mind. Over the past 14 years our services have expanded well beyond most needs of every homeowner. We care about what we do and we’re proud of the work that we complete.

My name is Robbie Devoid. I was born in Middlebury, Vermont and have lived in Addison County, all my life. I have worked in corporate settings, where I learned an incredible wealth of knowledge from my colleagues, mentors, and coworkers. I’ve come to know the community very well, and I’m proud of my community. I want to see everyone succeed and thrive on the happiness of others. Having started Potential View in 2010, my interests and excitement grew throughout the years. I continue to build the company and have employed several people over the years, taking on new tasks and new adventures along the way. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing individuals with an unbelievable wealth of knowledge that have given me the opportunity to grow. I am incredibly passionate about providing newfound excitement and completion to our clients visions.

Kevin has been with potential view for some time now. Kevin is our crew leader and a key part to the daily operation of or lawn care division. Kevin has a deep love for the service he provides and thrives for customer satisfaction. Recently while out with a work related injury Kevin wasted no time, Achieving several certifications in soil science, Horticulture, Landscape design and maintenance. We are very proud to Have a dedicated individual such as this.
Fun fact: Kevin has a deep love for motorsports and auto based activities.

Jackson Gillette
Jackson is a very ambitious individual with a sharp sense of adaptive knowledge and a true desire to do what is needed at the drop of a hat.
Jackson assists in various projects outside of the mowing crew and is a born leader.
Fun fact: Jackson is a major sports enthusiast of both football and lacrosse.

Chris is a vital component to the operation of Potential View. He is a very skilled arborist with many years of experience and a highly skilled climber. Chris is an extremely hard worker with client care in mind.
Fun fact, Chris is skilled in wood carving producing life size statues and ornamental decorations from logs
